Lockheed Corporation (awalnya bernama Loughead Aircraft Manufacturing Company) adalah perusahaan kedirgantaraan Amerika Serikat yang didirikan pada tahun 1912. Perusahaan ini kemudian pada tahun 1995 merger dengan Martin Marietta membentuk Lockheed Martin.
